秋の味覚★さつまいものバター醤油きんぴら

細くて小さいサツマイモがあったらこれを作ってみてください❤お弁当にも入れられてほくほくおいしいですよ～。バターの風味と香ばしくてうまうまです♪

材料

  • さつまいも（細くて小さいの）３本
  • バター２０ｇ
  • 醤油大さじ１
  • すりごま適量

作り方

さつまいもをよく洗い皮ごと乱切りにし水につけてあくをぬく
耐熱容器に１を入れラップし５００ｗで５分加熱する。
フライパンにバターを入れ熱し、バターが溶ける前に２を加えバターをなじませていく
醤油を回しかけ全体になじませ軽くきつね色っぽく焦げ目がついたら火からおろしすりごまをかけて完成
